To date, I have ordered:
2 Anubias Nana
1 golfball portion of Fissidens Fontanus
3 golfball portions of subwasstertang
Each of these transactions were very simple (Han accepts PayPal and debit/credit cards).
I had many questions about his plants, and without fail, he answered each of them with a consistent amount of effort and concern. Truly appreciate that, Han.
When I ordered these plants, they were listed as out of stock--but a quick Facebook message letting him know resolved the issue within minutes.
I think Han actually gave me a bit more of the anubias nana that I ordered, knowing that I was a first time customer--that spoke volumes about his priorities regarding customer service.
When I ordered my anubias nana, ONLY A FEW of the leaves seemed to be a bit brown, and I suspected it to be the 2 day delay from USPS (although the other shipments did not have a delay). I messaged him, and he told me to keep him updated, as he would be ready to send me a replacement--but that wasn't needed. The leaves, sure, they were dying but new leaves quickly started to sprout. It's been about a month or slightly longer, and the plants are all healthy as can be.
The coloration on all of the plants I ordered are exceptional!
A note for the next buyers: Han keeps an excellent selection at excellent prices--this means that sometimes he will need to grow his plants in much larger settings. Therefore, expect a few snails lingering on the plants. These snails are easy to treat, though. Use a diluted alum/water solution and soak them for just a bit, and that should take care of most (if not all) of the snails. Other than that, I have not experienced any algae or snail invasion thus far.
From the buying process, the excellent customer service, and actual product experience, I can say that Han Aquatics could definitely be your one-stop-shop for aquatic plant needs. Just make sure to select at least priority shipping :)
Thanks, Han!

I was very worried about this one, as I've has terrible luck with Anubias in the past, but this one arrived very happy-looking! The rhizome is about 3 inches long and it has well-established roots attached to a piece of lava rock, which I hope to eventually detach it from. I only wish I had been able to order more at the time!
